WHAT DO WE DO?

Horseback Riding
Each camper will have 2 riding sessions per day. One structured lesson and one activity related session, such as bareback riding, games, etc.

Horsemanship
Every day campers will groom and tack their mounts, as well as bathe and put away the horses and equipment. Additionally campers will learn about various aspects of stable management like veterinary basics, farrier, and feeding.

Activities and Games
Non-riding time will leave campers the opportunity to participate in horse related games and activities. Whether it is making homemade horse treats, painting a horse shoe picture frame (made from a real horse shoe), or playing horseless horse show.

Horse Shows
At the end of each week campers will prepare for and participate in the Limelight Summer Horse Show Series. They will get to experience what it is like to get ready a horse show, compete and win ribbons!
